Attorney compliance requirements differ from state to state and within each state there are various rules: is the attorney newly-admitted or experienced? were credits earned in the correct categories and in the allowable formats--live, computer-based, recorded? are the credits being carried-forward from prior compliance periods? The CLE Experts can review individual attorney's CLE files to ensure they have adhered to all the requirements and can use the credits to maintain their compliance.

Very often CLE providers do not apply for CLE credit in every state where it is needed. We will submit certificates from one state so that attorney can use the credit in the state or states where he or she is licensed.
